Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement
The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Trex Company, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined 2005 annual salaries for the Company’s named executive officers (as defined in Item 402(a)(3) of Regulation S-K and as set forth below), as follows:
