Notification of Major Interest in Shares
In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informed
today that, following the disposal of an interest in the Company's shares by
Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL") on 14 February 2005, MSSL and the
group companies which are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL no longer
hold a notifiable interest in the Company.
