BSkyB is currently rated BB+ by Standard & Poor's and Ba1 by Moody's. As at 30 September 2002, BSkyB's net debt was GBP1.5 billion, a reduction of over GBP300 million since the Company turned cashflow positive in January 2002. BSkyB will report its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2002 on 14 February.
