ITEM 2.02
RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
 
On May 13, 2008, Miller Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) held a webcast/conference call at approximately 9:00 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time, to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.  During the conference call, the Company’s third-party vendor experienced technical problems that prevented callers from submitting questions to the Company during the question and answer portion of the call.  Following the call, the Company’s vendor corrected the technical problems, and the Company issued a press release to announce that the call would be reconvened.  The call was reconvened at 11:00 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time, at which time the Company conducted the normal question and answer portion of its conference call.
 
The transcript of the conference call, including the reconvened question and answer portion thereof, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
