(1) Ms. Hamlyn was Trustee for the Davisville Travel Profit Sharing Plan held in Street Name. Davisville Travel liquidated this Plan on 12/31/07 and therefore, Ms. Hamlyn is no longer Trustee and ownership of the Plans shares (4,209) has been removed from her direct ownership.
(2) When Davisville Travel Profit Sharing Plan was liquidated Ms. Hamlyn's portion (2,796 shares) were moved into her IRA which is held in Street Name.
