Item 5.02. Departure of Executive Officer

 

On December 31, 2006, the letter employment agreement dated July 1, 1999, as amended, between The First of Long Island Corporation (the “Corporation”) and Mr. Arthur J. Lupinacci, Jr., Executive Vice President, expired. The position of Chief Administrative Officer held by Mr. Lupinacci has been eliminated and the duties of such position have been assumed by other officers of the Corporation.
