On January 30, 2019, ClearSign Combustion Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) announcing the appointment of Dr. Colin James Deller as its President. As disclosed in the Current Report, Dr. Deller was to transition to Chief Executive Officer on April 1, 2019. Therefore, on April 1, 2019 and in accordance with this plan, Robert T. Hoffman resigned as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Dr. Deller was appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hoffman remains Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
Information regarding Dr. Deller, age 51, is incorporated herein by reference from Item 5.02 of the Current Report.
