On January 28, 2015 First National Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) reached an agreement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (‘SEC”). The agreement relates to actions which occurred in 2009 and 2010, and which have been addressed by steps taken by the Company.
