Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 24, 2014, Chemtura Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
