S.A. ANNOUNCES AUTHORIZATION GIVEN BY THE COLOMBIAN SUPERINTENDENCY OF
FINANCE TO THE NEW PRESIDENT

Colombia, January 24, 2011
Today,
the Colombian Superintendency of Finance authorized Mr. Carlos Raúl Yepes
Jiménez to take office as the President and legal representative of Bancolombia
S.A.. Mr. Yepes will join Bancolombia S.A. as President on February 1,
2011.
Mr.
Yepes’ resignation as a member of the Board of Directors and the Risk Committee
of Bancolombia S.A. will become effective on January 31, 2011.
