On March 24, 2010, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of its public offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8 1/8% senior notes due 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
