On November 5, 2009, Gastar Exploration Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing the Company’s results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009.  A copy of the Company’s press release, dated November 5, 2009, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
