Item 8.01  Other Events.

On February 13, 2009, Moog Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has acquired Videolarm Inc. of Decatur, Georgia for $45 million in cash. Videolarm is a leading supplier of products for surveillance systems including integrated cameras, vandal resistant protective housings and networked solutions. Videolarm had 2008 revenues of $19.5 million.
