Colfax Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer John A. Young will be providing an update of Colfax Corporation’s preliminary 2008 results and 2009 outlook as part of a presentation being given at Deutsche Bank's Small and Mid Cap Conference on February 11, 2009 beginning at 2:00 pm EST.  Slides to be used for that presentation are attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated in this report by reference.  The live presentation can be accessed via Colfax's website at www.colfaxcorp.com under the "Investor Relations" section.  A replay will also be available on the company's website for 30 days.
