Mr. Yuncai Wu may be deemed to beneficially own all of the
shares of ReneSola Ltd held by Yuncai Holdings Limited. Mr.
Yuncai Wu disclaims the 9,080,775 ordinary shares beneficially
owned by Mr. Xianjun Dong.
