ITEM 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Principal Officers: Election of Directors: Appointment of Principal Officers.
 
On March 26, 2008 RBC Bearings Incorporated (NASDAQ: ROLL), announced that Phil Beausoleil, General Manager, will retire at the end of March. Phil, 63, has spent over 42 years in the bearing industry with the last 15 years with RBC Bearings Incorporated in increasingly responsible positions. Phil will retire on March 31, 2008 but will continue working for RBC Bearings on a part time basis.
