5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers.
On
February 1, 2010, MedCom USA, Inc. ("MedCom" or the "Company") terminated
Michael De La Garza as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. His
termination was effective immediately.
