On March 21, 2019, RTW Retailwinds, Inc. issued a press release announcing, among other things, its financial results for the fourth quarter ended February 2, 2019. In addition, the Company published a financial supplement summarizing, among other things, its fourth quarter ended February 2, 2019 financial results.

 

The press release and financial supplement are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
