Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 19, 2016, HD Supply Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “HD Supply”), HD Supply, Inc.’s parent company, issued a press release announcing the pricing of the previously announced amendment of the Company’s senior secured term loan facility, a copy of which press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
