Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 23, 2013, PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Report”) pertaining to its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2013. The Company is filing this amendment to the Report in order to correct a typographical error in the line item captioned “Net investment income” that appears on its Consolidated Statement of Income for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2012. The only change in the press release furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K/A corrects the error in this single item. This number is correct in previous Company filings.
A copy of the revised press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
