On August 29, 2011, Kenneth S. Boger, our Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, announced that he will retire from the company on September 23, 2011.

 

Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

Effective upon Mr. Kenneth Boger’s retirement as our Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer on September 23, 2011, he will be succeeded by Ty Howton, who currently is our Chief Compliance Officer.
