On August 20, 2010, Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Ronald Albrecht, 65, as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, pending completion of a search for a permanent replacement. A copy of the press release of the Company announcing Mr. Albrecht’s appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
