In a press release dated February 5, 2010, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (the “Company”) announced the opening of its newest Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Tucson Mall in Tucson, Arizona.  The restaurant opened on February 4, 2010 and contains approximately 10,900 square feet and 310 seats.
