On November 13, 2009, BIO-key International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009 which is included as an exhibit to a Current Report on Form 8-K,. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on November 13, 2009 is attached as Exhibit 99.
