Effective February 9, 2009, Equitable Resources, Inc. changed its name to EQT Corporation by amending its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws to reflect the name change.
The complete text of the Restated Articles of Incorporation and the Amended and Restated By-Laws, as amended and restated effective February 9, 2009, are filed as Exhibits 3.1 and 3.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
