Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 13, 2008, Omnicell, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that it plans to relocate its mobile cart manufacturing from Elgin, South Carolina to the Company’s existing facility in Livermore, California. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these matters is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
