The Company announced Andrew J. Miclot’s resignation as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Investor Relations, effective April 11, 2007. 

Fred L. Hite has been appointed to replace Mr. Miclot as the Company’s Investor Relations Officer, effective April 11, 2007.  Mr. Hite, age 38, will continue to serve in his current capacity as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, positions which he has held since 2004.  From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Hite served in various capacities at General Electric Industrial Systems, including Finance Manager of General Electric Motors and Controls from 2001 to 2004, Manufacturing Finance Manager from 2000 to 2001 and Finance Manager of Engineering Services from 1997 to 2000.
