Item 8.01. Other Events
Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Registrant”) previously announced that it expected to meet with the Food and Drug Administration to discuss next steps for the Fampridine-SR development program before the end of 2006. The Registrant is updating that announcement to reflect that this meeting is scheduled for December 7, 2006.
