On August 30, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has completed the acquisition, as of the close of business on August 29, 2006, of an approximately 300,000 square foot warehouse facility in Manchester, Connecticut.  Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Report is the Registrant’s August 30, 2006 press release, which is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
