Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

                On May 12, 2005, Digital Angel Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Chief Execitive Officer will give a presentation at the AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference at 8 A.M. PST on Tuesday , May 17, 2005. The conference is being held at the Moneterey Plaza Hotel in Monterey, California. The presentation will be followed by a meeting from 1:15 — 5:30 P.M. PST in the hotel’s room 2315. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01.
