The Registrant issed a press release on November 1, 2010 announcing that it will be showcasing its expanded lens catalog at the Optics Valley of China International Optoelectronic Exposition and Forum from November 2 - 5, 2010 in Booths A097 and A098 at the Wuhan Science & Technology Convention and Exhibition Center in Wuhan, Hubei province, China.  A copy of the release is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this filing.
