On August 2, 2005 at approximately 9:35 a.m. Pacific Time, the Company’s President, Scott M. Jarus and Chief Financial Officer, R. Scott Turicchi, will speak at the RBC Capital Markets Technology Conference. As part of this presentation, the Company is affirming its financial guidance for the third quarter of 2005 and the full 2005 fiscal year, which it previously issued during its July 25, 2005 second quarter earnings conference call.
