Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On October 22, 2008, Barbara S. Feigin resigned as a director of Circuit City Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately.  There was no disagreement between Ms. Feigin and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
