The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Fastenal Company (the “Company”) was held on April 15, 2003. At that meeting, the Company’s officers presented certain non-public information regarding the Company’s financial performance for completed quarterly and/or annual fiscal periods. As announced by the Company in its press release issued on April 14, 2003, slides detailing that non-public information were posted on the Company’s web site on April 15, 2003.
