ITEM 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain

	Joel Bustos' employment with Aehr Test Systems (the "Company") will
terminate on June 11, 2010.  Mr. Bustos is the Vice President of Operations
of the Company.
