All other terms of the agreement were unchanged. As of June 30, 2006 the outstanding balance on this line was Euro 1.0 million. On June 30, 2006, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Indian-Martin, Inc., executed a second amendment to its revolving term agreement that extended the maturity due date to June 30, 2008. All other terms of the agreement were unchanged. As of June 30, 2006 the outstanding balance on this line was $17.3 million.
