Realty Income Dividend Increase - Saturday, Feb. 22

On Feb. 19, 2025, Realty Income increased its monthly dividend by 1.52%, from 26.4 cents to 26.8 cents per share. The dividend is payable on March 14 to shareholders of record on March 3.
