In trading on Tuesday, the iShares US Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Sable Offshore, up about 6.5% and shares of Phillips 66, up about 5.1% on the day.
