Sensco's Timemachine Lift Thread has launched two new molding-type lifting threads: Ribbon Molding and Leaf Molding. Previously, the lineup included two types: Triangle Molding, which has an arrowhead shape, and Ultrasaw Molding, which features a sawtooth design. With the addition of these new products, the variety of lifting threads has expanded further.
The Ribbon Molding lifting thread features ribbon-shaped protrusions that securely anchor, allowing the lifting effect to last longer. It is also available in a combination with the existing Triangle Molding, complementing the drawbacks of each and enhancing their strengths to achieve strong lifting and secure fixation.
The Leaf Molding lifting thread, with its unique leaf-shaped protrusions, effectively pulls up sagging tissues under the skin, improving elasticity and reducing wrinkles along with providing a lifting effect. Unlike general lifting threads that create cogs by cutting the thread, molding lifting threads use press cog sculpting technology that forms shapes using molds. This process prevents thread damage during cog formation, resulting in stronger traction and a longer-lasting lifting effect.
In thread lifting procedures, the lifting effect varies greatly depending on the length, thickness, shape, and type of protrusions on the thread. Thread lifting is not just about lifting the skin but also about maintaining overall facial harmony and balance. Therefore, the type and number of threads used should be carefully adjusted based on skin type, degree of sagging, and desired duration of results.
Timemachine Lift Threads are available in various materials, including PDO (Polydioxanone), PCL (Polycaprolactone), PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid), and PLCL (L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone). With a wide range of lifting thread designs, they offer excellent tensile strength and skin fixation, enhancing both the lifting effect and its duration. This makes it possible to address deep and severe wrinkles and sagging, increasing the satisfaction of both practitioners and clients.
'Timemachine Lift Thread' has obtained a 4th-grade medical device rating from the KFDA's Safety Evaluation Department and is internationally certified as Class III under European medical device regulations.
