By providing a fresh coat of paint, the Paint-A-Thon not only revitalizes homes, but it also restores pride, independence and well-being for homeowners who are unable to maintain their properties due to age, disability, or limited income. To qualify, applicants must meet specific criteria found on the HandsOn Suburban Chicago website at https://handsonsuburbanchicago.org/paint-a-thon-program/.
Volunteers are needed for this life-changing event. HOSC is seeking businesses, faith communities, government entities, and individuals to donate their time to help neighbors in need. Volunteers will receive training prior to painting, including a tool kit and resources. For additional information about volunteering and registering as a team or individual visit the HandsOn Suburban Chicago website at.https://handsonsuburbanchicago.org/paint-a-thon-program/.
