Master Event Planner Melissa Banks Uses Her Expertise to Help Others Excel in the Event Planning Industry

JACKSON, Miss. - March 5, 2025 - PRLog -- For 26 years Jackson, MS native Melissa Banks has been an event planner, bringing the visions of her clients to life for a variety of occasions. Now she is using her experience to help others excel in the event planning industry through Do You Really Want to be an event Planner? The Business of Event Planning training.

"I began my business as a designer, and it was so exciting to see the design come together, Banks says. "I wanted to be able to create the entire experience. Event Planners help with all the details from planning to execution. I wanted to be a part of it all and seeing the vision/dreams come to life."

The Business of Event Planning training begins on Monday, April 7th at 7pm central/8pm est and is a six-week training each Monday through May 19th for those interested in being an event planner or those who might want to take their own event planning business to another level.

"I wanted to create a comprehensive resource that both aspiring and experienced planners could easily understand as they grow and elevate their businesses," Banks explains. "My goal was to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to be fully prepared for the industry, including working with clients and vendors."
