“Neuro-inclusive Recruitment Q&A: Ask the Experts” will take place on Tuesday, 30th April 2024, from 12 – 1:30pm (BST).
In this session, Harry Saville, Consulting Business Psychologist at Lexxic, will be answering all questions about neuro-inclusive recruitment and sharing his expertise and professional insights into how organisations can support neurodivergent individuals.
Neurodivergent talent can bring many skills to workplaces including creativity, relationship building, problem solving, hyperfocus, and analytical skills. However, many organisations may be missing out on a huge talent pool due to outdated recruitment practices that can present barriers to neurodivergent individuals and prevent them from fully demonstrating their skills.
The experts at Lexxic are ready to explain what neurodiversity is, and provide practical advice on how business teams can embed neuro-inclusion within their recruitment practices and more.
