Seasoned actuary and benefits consultant brings deep strategic insight to Alliant’s South-Central team
Stephanie Beach, ASA, MAAA, has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group, based in Austin, Texas. With more than 25 years of experience advising mid- to large-sized employers, Beach brings extensive expertise in designing and optimizing health and welfare benefit strategies to meet the complex organizational goals of these employers.

Beach specializes in aligning benefit program design with strategic objectives, including evaluating innovative cost-containment solutions, enhancing employee experience, and improving health outcomes. She leads multidisciplinary client teams with a focus on financial oversight, pricing strategies, and stakeholder education.
Before joining Alliant, Beach served as a Partner at a major global consulting firm. A credentialed actuary, she is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
