InTandem Capital Partners Announces Senior Advisor Additions

InTandem Capital Partners, LLC (“InTandem Capital” or the “Firm”), a healthcare services focused private equity firm, is proud to announce the addition of three outstanding healthcare executives to its Senior Advisory team: Brent McCarty, George McMillan and Kevin Quinn.

Brent McCarty has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in the healthcare industry having served as Chief Executive Officer for various private equity backed companies in revenue cycle management, HCIT and healthcare services. Brent has served in a board capacity for multiple healthcare companies including ACU-Serve Corp., One Mnet Health, Alpha II and others. Prior to his role as an advisor and board member, Brent was most recently the founder and CEO of Argos Health, a leading revenue cycle management company focused on complex claims, which was acquired by Welsh Carson. Prior to Argos, Brent served as CEO or President of several healthcare technology and services businesses including Sentient Medical Systems, Eagle Hospital Physicians, Solis Mammography and Accuro Healthcare Solutions. Brent graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance and currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Brent currently serves on the boards of Vivo Infusion and Healthfuse, each an InTandem portfolio company.

George McMillan has over 25 years in healthcare services with a successful track record in senior executive leadership roles. George served from 2017 to 2024 as the Chief Commercial Officer of ICON, one of the leading clinical research organizations (CRO) in the world. Prior to his role as Chief Commercial Officer, George was the Executive Vice President of Finance, Global Operations, for ICON. Prior to ICON, George was the Chief Financial Officer of PharmaNet Development Group, an international clinical research organization, which was acquired by Inventiv. Prior to those roles, George served as CEO of Palladium Group, CEO and CFO of CMGI, and COO/CFO of Renaissance Solutions. George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University, a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. George currently serves on the board of Clinilabs, an InTandem portfolio company.

Kevin Quinn has more than 30 years of experience in medical devices and healthcare services. Kevin currently serves as COO and President of Research at Retina Consultants of America (“RCA”), a subsidiary of Cencora and large network of retina specialists with over 300 physicians in 26 states. Previously, Kevin was the Chief Development Officer of CenExel, a private equity-based company in the clinical research market. He also served as COO of HQRC Management, a pediatric dental practice in the Northeast. Kevin was founder of EyeTel Imaging, a device enabled service company that provided screening for diabetic retinopathy in the primary care setting. Kevin received his BS in Biology with a minor in Business from Fairfield University and began his career with The Upjohn Company in sales and marketing. Kevin currently serves on the board of Adams Clinical, an InTandem portfolio company.
