Otto, the all-in-one veterinary client communications platform, announced today the launch of automatic write-back functionality for its AI-powered Recap feature, becoming the first company in the veterinary technology space to offer seamless AI generated SOAP note integration with practice information management systems (PIMS), including Avimark, Cornerstone, Impromed, Neo, eVetPractice, EzyVet, and Instinct.
The new functionality is part of the suite of AI capabilities, free for Otto Flow subscribers, and it allows veterinary clinics to automatically sync AI-generated SOAP notes with their PIMS overnight, eliminating the need for manual copy-pasting. It provides immediate value by significantly reducing administrative burden for veterinary professionals.
