- YuJa launched EqualGround, an automated web governance solution designed to help regulated sectors maintain compliance across their digital properties. EqualGround builds on the success of the YuJa Panorama Digital Accessibility Platform, which addresses accessibility in educational environments, with accessibility scanning and insights for organizations with compliance obligations.
- YuJa achieved TX-RAMP Level 2 Certification, demonstrating compliance with security and compliance criteria needed to work with state agencies in Texas.
- YuJa expanded its reach in higher education institutions, onboarding those ranging from community colleges to universities and systems. Some of these include the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, TN eCampus, First Nations Technical Institute, South Dakota Board of Regents, Principia College, Indian River State College, Cape Fear Community College, University of Tampa, and others.

The YuJa Enterprise Video Platform was updated with enhanced search and integration capabilities. The platform now provides a new visual search experience with at-a-glance search match information and quick access to detailed metadata. Custom LMS role-mapping has been implemented, and a new media player for embedded YouTube videos has been added.
The YuJa Panorama Digital Accessibility Platform now has expanded scoring and remediation features. The platform offers scoring rubrics to define accessibility score calculations with the ability to update scoring models. A new audio player in alternative formats has been introduced, and the platform has been expanded for use with Power BI. The Platform also gives users the ability to semantically structure audio formats in the Gradient Reader and publish OCR-reconstructed HTML content into Canvas as a page. In addition, the Accessibility Platform’s remediation engine has new capabilities for more than a dozen issues, including those in Microsoft Excel.
The YuJa Engage Student Response System has improved poll creation and geofencing capabilities. Users can now build polls and surveys by importing CSV files. The System now allows the sharing of question banks. This quarter saw feature parity between web and desktop applications.
The YuJa Verity Test Proctoring Platform streamlines workflows for institutions and instructors. Updates include real-time notification to live proctors, institution-wide proctoring restrictions, a new workflow for creating a list of approved URLs, and an enhanced proctoring restrictions interface.
YuJa Pro Capture Tools, which include PC Capture, Apple Capture, and the Hardware Hub, were updated to improve user experience, expand functionality, and increase the software's versatility for content creators. Software Capture for PC now has a new upload status window, improved video source compatibility, profile creation with preset locations, and more. Software Capture for Apple has several new features like an on-screen annotation toolbar from the Confidence Monitor, offline mode capabilities for auto-scheduled sessions, extended recording options, and enhanced screen reader accessibility. The Hardware Hub has reduced recording processing times and improved live stream recovery when switching sources.
