ExtensisHR Receives Two Comparably Awards for Best Company Outlook and Best Places to Work in Metropolitan New York

Employee feedback validates promising future and overall workplace satisfaction

ExtensisHR, a nationally recognized Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and HR Outsourcing (HRO) services provider, proudly announces it has received two Comparably Awards for Best Company Outlook and Best Places to Work in Metropolitan New York.

Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings anonymously provided by employees over a 12-month period. Current employees are asked to rate several factors that determine their workplace experience, including company culture, company goals, pride in the company, and general happiness. The final winners are then determined from 15 million ratings across 70,000 U.S. companies.

In the small/medium-sized category, ExtensisHR was named to the following:

  • Best Company Outlook measures how confident employees are about the future success of their company, how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend, and if they’re typically excited to go to work each day.
  • Best Places to Work in Metropolitan New York ratings are provided by workers in the greater New York area and evaluates 16 different categories, including compensation, leadership, co-workers, work/life balance, career growth, and employee benefits and perks.

“We are incredibly honored to be recognized by Comparably once again as a workplace that strongly values its employees,” said David Pearson, ExtensisHR’s SVP of People and Culture. “Cultivating a positive employee experience is paramount to our business, and it’s always humbling to be acknowledged by our own team for these efforts. We remain committed to providing a rewarding work environment built upon collaboration, transparency, and trust.”

In 2022, ExtensisHR received three additional Comparably Awards for Best Company Culture, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity. This achievement also comes on the heels of ExtensisHR’s Top Workplaces 2023 USA Award, its Great Place to Work™ Certification, and several Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for its dedication to DEI Practices, Employee Well-Being, and Professional Development.

Through its “You, Supported” program, ExtensisHR employees are offered a wide range of benefits to support their physical and mental well-being, promote work/life balance, and advance personal and professional growth.
