CIM Group announced today the debut of Alsace LA, a Southern California-inspired 48-room boutique hotel that brings a contemporary hospitality property to the heart of Los Angeles’ West Adams neighborhood.
The three-story, 25,946-square-foot Alsace LA, located at 5170 W. Adams Blvd. at Alsace Avenue, embraces a design aesthetic influenced by Los Angeles’ rich architectural styles and temperate climate with desert landscaping, white oak ceilings and floors, terra cotta plaster, and vintage and custom-made furnishings.
Alsace LA’s bright and airy guest rooms are equally suited to business or leisure travelers. The hotel provides guests an inviting central courtyard, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center offering state-of-the-art equipment, complimentary guest bicycles, a meeting room, and event spaces.
“Alsace LA brings a modern and comfortable hotel to an underserved area. Designed to complement the existing neighborhood, Alsace LA offers a stylish and intimate hotel experience that reflects our intention to create a home away from home for travelers and locals alike,” said Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal, CIM Group.
Alsace LA is in the center of the evolving West Adams neighborhood that offers a mix of historic buildings and established businesses alongside innovative entrepreneurs that have chosen the area to launch new dining retail and entertainment concepts. The hotel is near public transportation options and offers easy access to Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and the Westside, Culver City, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood due to its proximity to the 10 Freeway and the Metro light rail system.
For more than 25 years, CIM Group has utilized its broad expertise to own, develop, reposition, and operate real estate assets, transforming communities and creating dynamic environments throughout the Americas.
