NOBLESVILLE, IN / ACCESSWIRE / July 10, 2024 / On Friday, July 12th at 1:00 p.m., ANSWER Indiana will hold a press conference at One N 8th St Suite 384, Noblesville, IN 46060, in support of Dr. Meleeka Clary at Hamilton County Superior Court 2. The press conference aims to demand the removal of Judge Jonathan Brown and Attorney Michael Ghosh's practicing licenses for committing court fraud against a Black woman and her children's assets.
Dr. Clary has been embroiled in a 15-year-long battle with her ex-husband, Attorney Michael Ghosh, who has manipulated the state court system to attack Dr. Clary's exempt assets. Dr. Clary's ordeal has been chronicled in her film, "Three Corners of Deception," which details the trauma of an attorney exploiting his personal connections within the courts. Currently, Ghosh is collaborating with Judge Jonathan Brown to freeze the financial accounts of Dr. Clary's daughters, perpetuating a misuse of the justice system to drain resources from Dr. Clary and her children.
ANSWER Indiana and the broader Indiana community stand united in calling for a justice system that does not target Black women and their children. The press conference is scheduled ahead of Dr. Clary's court hearing to quash her case.
