"I'm honored to be hosting this incredible event once again, especially this year as we commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day," said Anthony Anderson. "As a veteran, it is a privilege to co-host this great American tradition and play a part in remembering the men and women who gave it all for our freedom; may we never forget," said Drew Carey.

Joining this special tribute to our fallen from across the generations on Constitution Avenue will be acclaimed actors Bryan Cranston, Joe Mantegna, and Gary Sinise, as well as veteran and celebrity chef Robert Irvine, and Miss America 2024 Madison Marsh, the first active-duty Air Force officer to hold and win the title. They will be joined by nearly two dozen heroic veterans of World War II to present day; among them will be D-Day survivor Marvin Gilmore and veterans of "The Mighty 8th Air Force," whose story was recently portrayed in Masters of the Air.

"The American Veterans Center stands privileged to announce that heroes from the most pivotal moments of the 20th century will lead this year's parade," said AVC President Tim Holbert. "In the company of esteemed veterans spanning WWII, the Vietnam and Korean wars, and contemporary conflicts, these individuals epitomize the enduring American ethos of service and sacrifice, all joining in recognition of their fallen brothers and sisters in arms on the U.S. military's most sacred holiday."

The event will feature musical performances by GRAMMY-nominated and DIAMOND-selling country music superstar Brian Kelley, GRAMMY-nominated and critically acclaimed husband-and-wife duo The War & Treaty, and the United States Navy Band, among marching bands from across the country.

The American Veterans Center re-introduced the tradition of a Memorial Day parade along Constitution Avenue in 2005, decades after it had faded away during the Second World War. It has since grown into the largest Memorial Day event in the country. Additional information on participating celebrities, dignitaries, and musical performances will be announced soon.
